IN PROGRESS: East Residential Projects

This a collection of recently completed and on-going projects awaiting to be constructed mainly in the Northeastern region of the U.S.

  • The renovation of this Historic property includes a new pool terrace set into the hillside to take advantage of the beautiful views to the Hudson River.
  • Clean forms defined by stone walls and patios are placed to create outdoors rooms and extend the architecture of the house into the landscape
  • Stone patios, terraced lawn areas and plantings define the outdoor rooms.
  • The new site plan showing a complete renovation of this Historic Hudson River property. This includes a new driveway, motor court, garage, pool area, walkways, garden rooms and dinning patios.
  • Perched on the edge of a cliff the new pool and outdoor garden rooms are designed to connect to the adjacent forest.
  • The outdoor rooms are defined by stonewalls, bluestone patios, wood decks and future garden plantings.
  • Stone walls and elevated decks create level areas that allow the pool and outdoor spaces to float in the canopy of the nearby trees.
  • The site plan showing the pool area, upper dinning area, spa, new motor court, entry staircase and terraced walls to ground the house to the site.
  • This new house and landscape takes full advantage of the ocean views below
  • The house and property will include a new pool, elevated lounging and dinning terraces, water features, play areas, garden rooms and a new driveway and motor court.
  • This site plan shows a new property entry sequence. This includes a new entry gate, stone walls, wetland plantings, updated bridge and tree plantings to provide privacy and restore the site's ecology.
  • This property is undergoing a renovation. A new driveway entry is flanked by two stone walls that define the entrance while tying into the historic stone walls found throughout the property.
  • An elevated pool lounging area provides a focal vista to the pool and creates a shady garden room, which stays cool on the hottest of days.
  • The rear lawn area was carefully extended into the forest. Plantings of ferns carry the woodland feel into the new spaces.
