PROJECTS: RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS: Clarkson Residence

Set on a narrow lot in the Platte Park neighborhood the design of this house and exterior spaces utilize every availible inch. A low horizontal concrete wall defines the front outdoor lounge area while visually extending the lines of the house. Concrete patios, walls and walkways define the outdoor spaces and allow circulation around the property. Custom designed fences, a detached garage and a metal screened arbor frame the back yard to create a play area and outdoor dining terrace. Aspen trees, patios, proportionally arranged lawn areas, hedges,and wildflower meadows enliven and provide privacy to the outdoor spaces.
