PROJECTS: CIVIC + URBAN PROJECTS: 303 Canyon
303 Canyon is a cluster of three private residential buildings designed to function as a small community space while minimizing its footprint in an urban setting. Each living space is arranged to provide a sense of privacy while maintaining views to the Flatiron Mountains to the south. The residential units are elevated to preserve scenic distant views over the adjacent roads and to provide underground parking for each homeowner. The detailing of the exterior spaces are intended to blend the architecture of the buildings with the outdoor environments while creating intimate pocket gardens for each resident.
