PROJECTS: CIVIC + URBAN PROJECTS: Armstrong Oil + Gas

This historic warehouse has been renovated into a modern office building. All of the interior rooms revolve around a central courtyard space. The office and conference rooms are organized to have views into the lush garden areas. Steel,wood, brick, glass and minimal green vegetation define the spaces. Walls of glass and large doors open into the central courtyard space which is set up for flexible gathering activities. A pivoting steel door leads from a busy street into a private entry courtyard. Complete with a rooftop terrace, the canopies of the shade trees provide an urban oasis.
