North Flats anchors the Old Town North Community and provides dense and affordable options of housing for Fort Collins. The design of the streetscape is a mix of pervious paving options, large shade trees, low water plantings and minimal usable lawn areas. Bold, yet minimal, detailing such as blue avena grass massings, metal and colorful stucco enliven the community.
