PROJECTS: Community Planning: 14th Master Plan

The master plan is a model of future growth integrated around a series of open spaces that connect to the community center and natural area. The 300 acre plan combines a program of single family homes, multi-family,transit hub, community farming and a vibrant commercial core. The community is designed to have a varying densities ranging from a traditional village feel to more open lots to the north. The open green spaces provide pocket parks and allow for the utilization of stormwater to be filtrated and used for irrigation. Housing is arranged to have ample views and interaction with numerous small parks within the community.
