PROJECTS: Community Planning: Coldwater

The community plan was developed in to three distinct zones, civic, high density residential, and single family residential. The original plan was redesigned to create a central core of parks and open spaces. The civic zone was designed to have a series of plazas and a lively streetscape which defines the urban core.The central park becomes the circulation spine and connects the civic zone with the community center located in the residential area. The streetscape is designed to tie each zone together while defining the gateways into the residential areas.
