PROJECTS: Environmental Planning: Seven Lakes Ranch

The owner of a private ranch on the White River in Colorado requested an analysis and design that would restore the river to its indigenous state, thus allowing healthy trout spawning. R Design analyzed the existing ecology, vegetation and wildlife habitats and worked with a fisheries bioligist to detail environmentally responsive habitat enhancement structures. The design was approved by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This project was constructed in 2007.
