PROJECTS: RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS: Tejon Courtyard

Set within the context of a small urban lot the design of this residence utilizes every inch of available space. The interior spaces are arranged around an enclosed courtyard space enabling the indoor and outdoor connections to feel seamless. 

A large pivoting glass wall leads from the main interior living space to an outdoor room complete with an area for grilling, dinning and relaxing in a custom spa. Large glass garage doors frame the side of the courtyard space and showcase the various classic motor vehicles like works of art.
